Based at our head office in Adelaide our teams work together and with our customers to develop solutions that work, are robust in the field and allow for growth and change within your business. Our product development methodology is also unrivalled – we own our own supermarket (IGA Trott Park) and our shop staff represent the keenest, hardest, product testing facility you will find in Australian retailing – if our shop staff don’t approve the systems we develop, we won’t offer them to you.

SHOPEZI OFFICE – sitting behind shopezi pos is a comprehensive feature rich back office system that is so simple and easy to use. As with all our system solutions shopezi office has been developed in conjunction with retailers, it is flexible and packed with features that are relevant for retailing today AND with built in adaptability to satisfy future retail requirements.

SHOPEZI MOBILE – it’s shopezi office in the palm of your hand! Using your existing Symbol 3090 you can now carry out item management on the shop floor. Now you can eliminate PDE downloads, price verify, review order status, maintain location maintenance, price modify, request shelf label & talkers (and much more) from the shop floor!

SHOPEZI KIOSK – our self serve touch screen kiosk that allows the customer to place their order for goods from easy to use product menus displayed on screen – who needs a queue! The customers selected items are processed through the existing back office system and produces a picking list for the shop staff to prepare for the customer. Comprehensive management reporting is included in the software and as with all our products – shopezi kiosk was developed in conjunction with one of our key retail customers and takes the shopping experience to a new level for the customer.
