Shop-ezi kiosk offers a high level of customer engagement with lots of satisfaction!

This unique retail concept allows the customer to browse the range of products available from the deli counter on large easy to reach touch screens

The shopper selects the main category [cheese, fish, poultry etc] and then choose the item they want to add to their deli-order. They can then select how they want to buy, by weight, by slice, by piece etc with the current unit price [taken from the current price set in the back-office system] showing on the display with the item.

Screen to screen navigation is simple and flexible, adding or removing items to the deli-order list are permanently displayed.

When the shopper finishes adding items to the deli-order the kiosk prints a ticket with a unique order number and an itemized list of the selections.

The customer can then continue to browse and shop the store while the deli staff react to the customers order by picking and wrapping the shoppers list.

Once the customer has finished the rest of their shopping they return to the deli counter pick-up point, collect their order and proceed to the checkout.

Who needs a queue!
