The band rounder Ciberpan is the approprite machine for rounding soft dough. Two lengths available, 1400mm and 1900mm



  • Suitable for dough with 65 to 90 litres of water foreach 100kg of flour.
  • Speed variator to adjust the relative speed between the bands to obtain different degrees of rounding.
  • Suitable for pieces up to 2200g.
  • Angle between the bands adjustable depending on the size of the portions to round.

This machine is ideal for automatically producing artisan bread, without having to invest in expensive systems of continuous division by cutting blades.


This proofer is designed to work in conjunction with a multi-piston bun divider. It has an incorporated moulder that automatically makes bread rolls. 

The Intermediate proofer model C98 is a bigger model, appropriate if space is not a problem. It is robust, reliable and capable. 

The intermediate proofer model C93 is an accurate and reliable machines, with reduced size allowing it to fit through any standard door. 
Its functions is to give necessary resting time to the recently divided dough portions, in order to let them lose the tension acquired in the process and ease its lengthening in the next step of the productive process - the forming.
